Step 1: Download and install DupFiles Genius

Step 2: Choose a folder or drive to scan

Launch the software, it will detect all the drives existed on your computer automatically and display them in the home page. You can click Add button to select a specific folder to scan, or you can click Delete button next to the drive that don't have to be scanned to remove it. Then click Next to go on.

Step 3: Customize your scanning settings

If necessary, you can firstly choose to exclude the folder that don't have to be scanned in the page.

Then, check Picture in the Type options. If necessary, choose the option that meets your requirements in the following Settings options. After that, click Start scanning to continue.

Step 4: Delete the duplicate photos

After scanning, you can see all the duplicate photos based on your scan settings, which the same and similar photos are marked with the same color, and different images are spaced with different colors.

You can right-click on a specific file and click "Open file location" option to check it.

Check files that you decide to delete, then click Delete. Click Yes to confirm your choice if a tips box pops out.
