Step 1: On the controlled phone, download TeamViewer QuickSupport in Play Store. Once you open the app, there will be a 10-digit ID.

Step 2: On the controlling phone, download TeamViewer Remote Control and sign into your account. During this step, you need to set your encryption key for security.

Step 3: After signing in on the controlling phone, enter the ID then tap Remote control. In the pop-ups, tap VALIDATE ACCOUNT and then operate with the prompts to validate your account.

Step 4: Then on the controlled phone, a prompt will pop up to ask for permission, just tap ALLOW.

The following shows remotely controlling a computer with an Android phone.

Step 1: On the computer, download TeamViewer Full Client. And you can see your ID and password once you open it.

Tip: You can also download TeamViewer QuickSupport, but TeamViewer Full Client has more comprehensive features on computer, which can be used not only as a controlled side but also as a controlling side.

Step 2: On the Android phone, download TeamViewer Remote Control in Play Store and sign into your account. After that, enter the ID and tap Remote control. Then enter the password and tap OK.
