In Command Prompt window, type wmic memorychip get capacity and hit Enter. Then the size of RAM in your computer is shown in the Command Prompt window as below (in Bytes).

In Command Prompt window, type wmic memorychip get speed, memorytype and hit Enter. Then the RAM type and speed will be displayed as below.
