That's all for bypassing TPM to upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 11.

After upgrading to Windows 11, you can roll back to Windows 7 in-place within 10 days by using the GO BACK Function if the new system doesn’t satisfy you. But if it’s out of 10 days or some system files are deleted accidentally, or improper operations occur, resulting in the inability to go back to the Win7 system, CloneGo will be the safest way to help you restore the C (system) drive to achieve the goal of downgrading to Windows 7. You can refer to How to Downgrade Windows 11 to Windows 10 - Clone C Drive for more details. Though it's about downgrading to Windows 10, the method is the same, just change Windows 10 to Windows 7.
